Refund policy
To return an item to Signal Chow, please:
Contact our friendly customer service team by email: info@signalchow.com. We’re available from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
We recommend that you return merchandise to us using a traceable shipping method. Please retain a record of your tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of the return as it is in route back to us.

You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery purchase

You produce your original invoice (receipt) when you return the item

The item is in original saleable condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached

TOPS AND DRESSES: Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
Refund
We’ll send you an email once we’ve successfully processed your refund, and you should then see the funds by the original forms of payment OR you will get an exchange OR store credit within 3-5 business days.Exchange
You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your new exchange item has been shipped. The standard delivery time is 7-15 business days from receipt of the shipment confirmation email.
