Delivery Time : Processing Time+Shipping Time


Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

For example, if you order a dress, it will need 1-3 business days of processing time and then 7-15 business days of shipping time if you select standard shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 10-20 business days. And you can expect to receive it in 8-13 business days if you select expedited shipping (3-7 business days).

Business Day: Counting business days - Shipping days are 24-hour days. If you place your order on Monday (before 2pm ET), then 1 business day would be Tuesday. If you place your order on Monday (after 2pm ET), then 1 business day would be Wednesday.

Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Weekends and holidays are not business days and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Lost Packages:
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available.

If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs.

However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.

SEPARATE SHIPMENT
If you have placed multiple orders and/or purchase multiple items, these may be shipped separately - if this occurs, you will be updated accordingly with separate tracking numbers.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you would like to make any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at info@signalchow.com. to ensure adjustments can be applied as soon as possible.
If your order has already been processed, SignalChow accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered; however, our usual returns process is available if desired.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
If the customer decides to cancel their order before fulfillment no refund can be made, we may be able to issue a store credit.

CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES & TAXES
Please note we do not cover Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes.
Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes vary between countries. Additional Fees, Duties and/or Taxes may be applied at the port of entry of the receiver's country.
If you are unsure about Customs Fees, Duties and/or Taxes in your country, please contact your Postal Provider or Customs Office prior to placing an order. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery however we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees that may be applied at Customs in the receiving country.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional Fees, Duties and/or Taxes that may apply.  Payment is necessary for your parcel to be delivered.
